Doug Wulffleff is Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for TCP. He has over 35 years of experience in working closely with business owners on ownership transition. Doug has originated and closed over 100 transactions globally while working in leadership positions at Bankers Trust Securities, Arthur Andersen, PWC, VWR International, Catemer, LLC, and three New Mountain Capital-owned companies Gelest, Aceto (now Actylis), and Ascensus Specialties.
His industry experience includes life sciences, specialty chemical manufacturing and distribution, biorepositories, single-use manufacturing, and clinical trials kitting and supply. Doug graduated from Colgate University and holds an MBA with Honors from Adelphi University.
