Robert Dolan is a Managing Director at PNC Riverarch Capital and has over 13 years of private equity investing experiencing. Rob is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and executing investments, as well as advising portfolio companies on strategy and value creating initiatives. Rob previously worked at Oliver Wyman, a management consulting firm, where he advised clients on strategy and M&A. Rob is a CFA chartholder and received a BS in Economics, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. LeRoy House, the former President of LabChem, Inc., brings 35+ years of demonstrated success as a leader and catalyst in creating, implementing, and evaluating initiatives to increase market share, optimize efficiencies, promote outstanding customer service, and strategize for the future. Prior to LabChem, LeRoy worked in various senior-level positions at Thomas Scientific and Fisher Scientific (now Thermofisher) where his strong blend of technical expertise coupled with business acumen promoted organizational vitality and drove client satisfaction. LeRoy received his MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He earned his MA in Biology at State University College of New York. He also holds his BA in Biology from Hartwick College.

Nate Meyer joined Burrell Reagents as President in 2020. Nate brings over two decades of leadership experience in the commercial chemical industry to the role. Prior to joining Burrell Reagents, Nate was the Chief Financial and Commercial Officer of Reliable Biopharmaceutical where he led financial due diligence and provided commercial transaction strategy in the sale of Reliable to VWR, which was later acquired by Avantor. At VWR/Avantor, Nate had full P&L responsibility while overseeing the development and commercialization activities for two chemical manufacturing businesses in the company’s portfolio, Reliable Biopharmaceutical and Purification Technologies. Prior to that, Nate held commercial leadership roles at Thermo Fisher and STERIS Corporation. Nate earned his MBA from the University of San Francisco.
