Wendi Krulicki leads Human Resources at TCP Analytical Holdings, LLC. Wendi is a Senior HR leader and business partner with over 20 years of Human Resources experience in Manufacturing and Distribution. She has managed large, diverse teams across the US, Canada, Australia, and Latin America delivering results, driving change, and improving employee engagement. She has extensive experience in M&A integrations, onboarding employees, harmonizing compensation and benefits plans, developing cultural integration and HR plans to ensure organizational success.
Prior to joining TCPA, Wendi held HR Management roles with Taro Pharmaceuticals, VWR/Avantor and Palfinger North America. Wendi s a graduate from George Brown College, holding the designations of Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and Professional CHRP.
